hello. can you explain what is metadata? though its not explained in the article, can you tell us what is the function and how it help us in managing data.
Metadata is information that describe a location or how we locate the knowledge and information. We usually called it information about information or data about data due to it explain the information of our information.
Example,
In library, it contains million of book, therefore, metadata explaining information such as title, abstract, author and which part of this book located in the library. By accessing to the metadata, it make searcher more easily to locate the book.
I think that if we relate to our article, the network must link to the database, where user could search through it to access information, however, few challenges that come to my mind is who create the metadata? What tools we should use to create metadata? and how we ensure the quality of the metadata to make sure it is useful to the organization?
wrapping technologies is a procedure whereby a word processor automatically ends each line when it is full and strats the next line with the next word, never breakinga word.It provides connectivity between old and new data through a Web front end.. Besides, it also depends on the structural of complexity of the data..Script language an be used as well to get the accurate one such as data or problem solving..
